DIAMOND-110 Fully Automatic Sewing Machine

Diamond-110 is a fully automatic book sewing machine with max. mechanical speed of 130 signatures per minute. It can perform eight standard sewing or staggered sewing with excellent quality. After operator feeds the signatures into the stacker, Diamond-110 automatically finishes all the sewing processes, including signature feeding, opening, sewing, sewn book block separating and delivery, which makes it an ideal choice for the production of high quality book blocks in the hard-cover and soft-cover sectors.
